The mission of Catholic Charities is to provide service to people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures, and to call the entire church and other
people of good will to do the same.

Providing Scholarships, faculty and facilities to benefit students and all Kansas Citizens through higher education.

The Jesters of Goodwill is dedicated to helping youth in need in the Lake of the Ozarks area. The charity provides new clothes, weekend food, school activity fees & equipment, dual credit scholarships, etc. More than 58% of the children in the Lake area live below the federal poverty level. 

Since 1904, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been changing children's lives by matching them with caring adults to guide them on a path to success.

We believe children belong in families and families belong in strong communities. Every day, our dedicated staff works with hundreds of children and families to ensure they have the prevention, treatment and support services they need to heal and become more resilient for the future.

From polio to prematurity the March of Dimes has focused on researching the problems that threaten our children and finding ways to prevent them.

The mission of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation is to improve the quality of life in Greater Kansas City by increasing charitable giving, educating and connecting donors to community needs they care about, and leading on critical community issues.
